Thai Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 large onion
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 bunch green onions
- as needed bibb lettuce
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 lime
- as needed carrots
- as needed red cabbage
- as needed snow peas
- as needed cilantro
- to taste jalapeños
Instructions
- Marinate tofu in soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, then air fry at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins
- Brown beef, drain, remove from pan
- Saute onions in cooking oil until translucent
- Add hoisin sauce, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, beef, and green onions and cook until onions are soft
- Make salad dressing by mixing hoisin sauce, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and lime juice
- Shred carrots, red cabbage, snow peas, cilantro (or any other vegetables) and mix with sauce
- Julienne jalapeños or other spicy peppers for extra heat
- Serve in bibb lettuce cups with rice or salad
