Ingredients
- 2-3 sprigs dill
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoons kosher salt
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 4 6-ounce salmon steaks
Instructions
- Combine dill sprigs, garlic, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, chicken stock, and 3 cups water in a large deep, lidded skillet and bring to a boil.
- Add fish, simmer for 6-7 minutes.
