Jalapeño Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 or 10 small red potatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 4-ounce jar sliced pimiento
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1 roll jalapeño cheese
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in jackets until tender. Peel and slice and layer in long dish with pepper and pimiento layers (about 2 layers of each).
- Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour until well-blended. Gradually add milk. Stir constantly. Add cheeses and cook until melted. Pour over potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees 45-60 minutes.
