Ingredients
- 1 can beer
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 jar chili sauce
- 1-2 sliced onions
- to taste garlic powder
- 1 trimmed brisket
Instructions
- Mix beer, brown sugar, and chili sauce in a 13x9x2 baking dish.
- Add sliced onions to cover the bottom.
- Sprinkle brisket with garlic powder.
- Add meat to pan; turn over so both sides have been coated with marinade.
- Marinate overnight.
- Cover with foil; bake at 275 degrees for 8 to 12 hours.
- Uncover the last 45 minutes.
- Cool meat out of sauce.
